I hired Revive for a remodeling project this Spring that turned into a much larger rebuild of an addition on the back of my house. While not the original plan, Revive was able to make helpful design suggestions to greatly improve the original space. Ali was very responsive and easy to work with. His crew was very efficient and hard-working, putting in long days to move the project along. Because I work from home, I was very aware of the progress and consulted almost daily on the build. However, once the drywall was up, it seemed that the communication began to break down between Ali and his crew. Things slowed and the work became less precise. There were a few instances where Ali would say one thing and the crew would do another. Or the contractors wouldn’t have what was needed to complete the job as I understood it, instead using whatever they had on-hand. I do feel Ali did his best to make it right and redo some of the finishes I was originally unhappy about. Overall, they were fast and effective, and I am happy with the rebuild they completed. My advice would be to have an idea of the finishes early on in the project and communicate those often.
